• 2 Bedroom - $1,365

• 3 Bedroom - $1577

Any applicant or household living in one of these workforce residences can earn up to the following annual incomes.

When browsing through our online availability, please use the following guidelines to identify homes that best fit your approved income limit:

Qualifications:

• 1-person home may earn no more than $42,480 annually

• 2-person home may earn no more than $48,540 annually

• 3-person home may earn no more than $54,600 annually

• 4-person home may earn no more than $60,660 annually

• 5- person home may earn no more than $65,520 annually

• 6- person home may earn no more than $70,380 annually

• 7- person home may earn no more than $75,240 annually

• 8- person home may earn no more than $80,100 annually    

Income qualifications will be based on GROSS annual income. Please call for any additional details on acceptable proof of income.

INCOME verification

• Most recent 4 weeks of consecutive pay stubs are required

• Income verification other than employment (SS, SSI, monetary, pensions, etc.)

• Previous 2 years' tax return (if self-employed)

WHAT DO I NEED TO PRE-QUALIFY?

To begin the application, please present the following documents:

• Complete application for every household member 18 years of age and older

• Income Verification Items-

• Additional documents that may be required depending on each person’s individual income and assets

• 2 years of Resident or Rental Verification if applicable
